We work within two platforms, WordPress and Big Commerce. Both platforms are widely used and known for their easy to use CMS (content management system). This means, after we design and publish your site, we’ll show you how to manage and/or edit your own content.

*Important: iCircle Media (iCM) reserves the right to change the parameters, structure and pricing of these programs at any time. All final pricing will be provided after full evaluation of individual customer needs and requirements. Each website project includes up to (2) rounds of changes/revisions. Changes beyond the (2) rounds will be billed additionally at $45.00 per hour.  Any services outside the work order or out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the project (i.e. stock photography, stock video/music etc.) will be presented to client for approval and billed in addition to the prices quoted. iCircle Media, LLC is not responsible for the accuracy or claims of the information published on our clients behalf. Delivery schedule begins upon receipt of all necessary client-supplied content/materials, and inclusion to iCM production schedule/official project kick-off.



Client agrees to the following:

  • Assign a  single point of contact for the duration of the project.
  • Desired text, logos, photos, video/audio (if applicable) each to be supplied in digital format i.e. TXT, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Illustrator/Photoshop, MP4, MOV.
